Safety is the whole point
Everything below is either enforced by the platform or verified by our operations team before a child travels.
Compliance checks
Transport authorisation, vehicle registration and inspection, commercial passenger insurance, driver licences, criminal-record documentation appropriate for work with minors, first-aid training and child-seat provision are all checked and must be verified — not merely uploaded — before assignment.
Handover procedure
Each journey generates a single-use rotating PIN (or QR code). The receiving parent, authorised adult or school staff member confirms it at drop-off. Failed or unexpected handovers raise an immediate alert.
Children's data
There are no public child profiles. Names, photographs, addresses and live locations are never shown publicly. Drivers see only the operational minimum. Medical and safeguarding information is stored separately and every access is logged.
Tracking and notifications
Live location is shared only during an active journey and only with that journey's families and our operations team, then automatically deleted after a short retention period.
